Privacy notice
In one line: we collect only what your enquiry contains, use it only to deal with that enquiry, and delete it when there is no longer a reason to hold it.
Who we are
CyPro Ltd operates Managed Vulnerability Scanning and this website. For any personal data submitted on managedvulnerabilityscanning.co.uk, CyPro Ltd acts as the data controller.
What we collect, and why
Submitting the enquiry form or booking a call shares the details you type: your name, work email address, company, an optional phone number and the message itself. Those details exist for two purposes only: replying to your enquiry, and carrying out any work you subsequently instruct. They are never added to a marketing list, sold, or passed to third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies
No analytics run and no optional cookies are set unless you accept the consent banner. If analytics are enabled, their only job is showing us which pages are useful; declining changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Spam protection
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes humans from bots by evaluating technical signals from your visit, including IP address and browser characteristics. Cloudflare documents this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention
We keep enquiry details while the correspondence, or any engagement that follows it, remains active. After that they are deleted in line with CyPro Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
The usual UK GDPR rights all apply here: seeing what we hold, correcting it, deleting it, restricting its use, or objecting to the processing outright. To exercise any of them, reach us via the contact page and we will respond without delay.
